Fans of OMD, The Human League, Alphaville or New Order should definitely prick up their ears. Because the hit density of the second album of the three-piece synth/wavepop newcomer band Nation of Language is irrevocably reminiscent of the aforementioned legends. Where other bands fail as cheap copies, the band from Brooklyn/New York actually manages to breathe fresh air into the sometimes slightly dusty 80s synthesizer sound. This band will be heard from yet.
