Motown Priest – Hawthorne

As a New York City and international Underground artist, Motown Priest was born and raised in Detroit, and began sharpening his craft at the age of 8 or 9, studying the greats and mimicking styles to develop his own unique and incomparable style. Motown Priest paints the real and sometimes unfortunate narratives of inner-city violence and troubled love, complimented by satire, social dialogue, irony and the idea of reality and self-impovement.
