Young Californian Gracie Abrams, one of the most exciting new voices in the US pop/alt/songwriting world, has finally announced her eagerly awaited debut album: "Good Riddance".
After two acclaimed EPs and exploding stream numbers, this is the first full-length musical statement - Gracie's definition of poetry set to music, of intimate pop, with extra-lifelike lyrics and plenty of depth. Gracie's regular songwriting partner is Aaron Dessner (The National), who, after working for a number of top-class acts in the indie/alternative world, has also contributed to Taylor Swift's last two albums.
Inspired to come up with her first song ideas as an eight-year-old, Gracie Abrams gave her first musical sign of life at the end of 2019. Celebrated as a rising star for her first two EPs "Minor" and "This Is What It Feels Like", many of her songs to date (including "I miss you, I'm sorry", "21" and "Feels Like") have achieved streaming figures in the double to triple-digit millions. Gracie will soon be embarking on a headlining tour of the USA - and can then be seen in the biggest stadiums in North America: As a support act for Taylor Swift's big The Eras tour.
