Diese Nachricht verbreitete sich in der zweiten Maiwoche wie ein Lauffeuer: Bob Dylan veröffentlicht im Juni ein neues Album, eine Doppel-CD⁄Doppel-LP mit dem Titel ROUGH AND ROWDY WAYS! Im Vorfeld dieser News - im April - hatte Dylan bereits ohne jegliche Vorankündigung zwei Songs herausgebracht: "I Contain Multitudes" sowie das fast 17-minütige "Murder Most Foul". Die Fans des bald 79jährigen Urgesteins der Rockgeschichte ahnten ihr Glück also bereits.
