"Schoolboys In Disgrace" was released in 1975 and is the fifteenth studio album by the Kinks. The album is a return to the simpler, traditional rock sound of the Kinks, which contrasts with the more theatrical style of their last releases, combining rock 'n' roll with harder rock, '50s pop and doo-wop. The album is a nostalgic journey through childhood, telling the origin story of Mr. Flash, the villain from earlier Kinks titles, with familiar tracks like "I'm In Disgrace," "No More Looking Back" and "School Days."
The faithfully reproduced heavy vinyl 1LP is the first reissue since the original 1975 release, apart from a limited US edition in 2008.
