The new studio album "Cracker Island" is the eighth studio album of the Gorillaz - ten tracks bursting with positive energy, which combine a variety of different genres, between which the band navigates as usual effortlessly. Once again guests on the new project, including Stevie Nicks, Adeleye Omotayo, Thundercat, Tame Impala, Bad Bunny, Bootie Brown and Beck.
The album was recorded in London and L.A. early last year and was engineered by eight-time Grammy Award-winning multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Greg Kurstin, Gorillaz and Remi Kabaka Jr. produced.
Founded by musician Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett, the virtual band Gorillaz is made up of vocalist Gorillaz is composed of vocalist 2D, bassist Murdoc Niccals, drummer Russel Hobbs and Japanese guitar prodigy guitar prodigy Noodle.
